Once the product leaves our warehouse, we ask that you please contact the shipping provider for updates regarding shipping and delivery.
Missing Packages for Domestic Shipments:
If you haven’t received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the provided steps:
- Contact the shipping company as they will be able to track your package locally. Provide your tracking number so they can better assist you. (Attached Fedex and USPS numbers)
- If your package is deemed lost in transit or can not be located, please file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. Once you have a claim, please provide us with that claim number and we will re-ship your order. **Please note, we are not responsible for stolen packages.
International shipments typically take 7-15 business days to be delivered, pending there are no issues with customs.
We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy.
Once an item ships we can no longer update your shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier, USPS or Fedex, to change your address. We will not re-ship or refund for incorrect addresses.
