  • What is your return policy? 
    • Within 30 days, if you don't love the product, head to Alaninu.com/returns and we will take your product back absolutely free in exchange for any product of equal or lesser value! Our policy excludes energy drinks, t-shirts, and snacks.

We don't offer refunds on our products because they are consumable goods and it would be a safety risk for us to resell or reuse the returns in any way. In the event a product is exchanged, we will discard the original product immediately. 

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES ON DISCOUNTED OR LIMITED EDITION ITEMS. 

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FROM GNC OR AMAZON. PLEASE REACH OUT TO GNC AT 1 (877) 462-4700 or their email REGARDING YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE. 

INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGES WILL BE ALLOWED AT THE CUSTOMERS SHIPPING EXPENSE. IF YOU PAY TO GET THE ITEM BACK TO OUR WAREHOUSE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION, WE WILL HAPPILY EXCHANGE IT FOR YOU.

All orders placed through Amazon will also need to be returned/exchanged via Amazon. We do not accept returns or exchanges on Amazon orders. Please reach out to Amazon with any questions or concerns regarding your order with their company.

Do You Ship Internationally?

    • Yes! We cannot be responsible for any customs restrictions, tariffs, or other regulations that may apply in countries outside of the United States. The responsibility is yours to check to see if your country allows the shipment of products you ordered (or wish to order). Any duties or taxes that may apply to your order are also your responsibility.
    If for whatever reason your order is seized by customs, we will not issue you a refund unless all products are returned to us in the original condition per the return policy above.

    Where Are The Products Made?

    • In the USA, inside a GMP certified facility. This ensures that all of our products are under strict quality control and you get exactly what you pay for.
    • I bought a limited edition product and i do not like the flavor. Can I return it or exchange it? 
      • Unfortunately, all limited edition, seasonal/holiday and sale items are final sale. We can not return or exchange these product(s).    

    Balance

    • Can I take Balance while on birth control? 
      • Many of our clients who take balance are also on some form of birth control. We still recommend consulting your doctor since everyone’s body is different, however, we know that Balance will not cause any birth control to become ineffective. Balance helps with fertility if there are no exogenous hormones in the body, which are produced with hormonal birth controls. This still stays true to non-hormonal forms of birth control!
    • Can men take Balance or other products from Alani Nu, or are they only for women?
      • Yes! All of our products can be taken by both men and women.

    • What products can I take while pregnant or breastfeeding? 
      • We recommend consulting your physician before taking anything while pregnant or breastfeeding. Every pregnancy and breastfeeding experience is different and your doctor will know what is best for you and your baby.
    • Are your products gluten free? 
      • All of our products are gluten free except for our Munchies Whey Protein and Protein Brownies and Cookies. 
    • My Pump is clumping and hard. Is this normal? 
      • Ingredients like GlycerPump in this product can cause the powder to clump more than others. The powder won’t appear as fine and smooth as the pre-workout powder, but it should dissolve in water just the same. This is normal for Pump products. 
    • Do the Beauty Gummies have the same effect on your skin as balance?
      • No, the Beauty Gummies contain Pineapple Ceramides, Hyaluronic Acid, and Collagen to boost skin radiance from the inside out. Balance contains different ingredients like DIM and Folate to help your body regulate hormones.

      • We do not have samples of protein, but we do have samples of Pre-Workout and BCAA.

    • My order still says pre-shipment, on order, or processed. What do I do?
      • Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to update. On international orders, please allow 5-7 business days for the tracking to update. The tracking does not update on location until it reaches the international shipping facility in Chicago, Illinois. If your order has still not updated in 10-15 business days, please email us at contact@alaninu.com
    • Why is my international order taking so long? 
      • International orders typically take longer to be delivered because they have to go through customs inspections. Sometimes deliveries can take up to 3 weeks. The delivery time varies by country. Mexico can take up to 3 months, because the tracking and mail service does not use the same advanced tracking as the United States. 
    • Can I cancel my order?
      • Once your order has been processed we can no longer cancel your order.
    • My order was damaged. How do I get a new one?
      • If you have received a damaged/faulty product, please contact us immediately at contact@alaninu.com. Please provide us with an image of the damaged item, as well as the order number.
    • I am missing something from my order, what should I do?
      • Please email us at contact@alaninu.com and inform us of which item(s) you are missing and the order number.
    • I placed my order, but I never received a confirmation email. Did my order go through?
      • We apologize that you have not received your confirmation email. We recommend checking spam or junk folders. If the email still is not there, then try logging into your account to view your order status. If you are still having issues, please reach out to us at contact@alaninu.com.

    Tracking

    • My order says it was delivered, but I never received it. What do I do?
      • We understand your frustration when your anticipated package does not arrive. We recommend reaching out to your neighbors to see if they have received your package by mistake. Please allow 2 business days for the package to be delivered. If the package has still not arrived two days after it stated it was delivered, then please reach out to us at contact@alaninu.com.
    • My order was stolen. Can you resend my package?

      • We ship our products via USPS Priority Mail and FedEx Home Delivery.

    Rewards/Discounts

    • How do I earn rewards?
      • First, you will need to create an account. Once your rewards account has been created you can earn 25 points each for following us on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter.
      • One point is earned for every $1 that is spent. The minimum requirement to earn a reward is 400 points for a $20 reward.
      • Rewards points can not be combined with any other additional promotion, deal or sale. This also includes subscriptions.
    • How do I redeem my rewards?
      • To redeem your rewards you will place the items in your cart that you would like to purchase, or use your rewards points on. At checkout, in your shopping cart, you can either redeem for product, or redeem for discount. You can select either one to use your rewards.
    • Can I combine rewards with my birthday coupon?
      • Rewards points can not be combined with the birthday coupon.
    • Do you offer student or military discounts?
      • No, we do not offer a student or a military discount.
    • Can I have a promo code? Do you have any active coupons?

    Subscription

    • How often do I get it?
      • Many people get their subscription every 4 weeks (recommended), but it can be set to as often as you would like the subscription. 
    • Do I have to do anything?
      • No, once the frequency is set in place by your first order, then every month, or how often you would like, the subscription will automatically be charged and sent into the system to be processed and shipped.
    • How can I change something on my subscription?
      • Edits can be made to your subscription by logging into your account. You can edit/change your address, add items to the subscription, cancel an item or subscription and also change the frequency of your subscription.
    • I have moved, but my subscription has gone, or is going to my old address?
      • We recommend reaching out to your old postal office to see if they can forward you the package. If not, then the item will either be returned back to us and once it is returned we can edit the address and send it to the correct address, or the order will be kept by the new tenant and a missing package claim will need to be filed with the delivery company.
    • How do I change my address in my subscription?
      • The delivery address can be changed by logging into your account and making this change. 
    • When am I no longer able to make edits to my subscription (changing address).
      • The subscriptions charge and begin to be processed at 6 am. After this time, we can no longer edit the subscription, change the address, or cancel the subscription. 

    Balance

    • Can Balance help male fertility like it does for females?
      • No, Balance won’t have any effect on male fertility. It will mainly help with overall skin complexion, excessive oiliness, mood and sleep.
    • Can my child (under 18) take Balance?
      • We suggest consulting your physician for anyone under the age of 18 before taking Balance.
    • Can I take Balance if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?
      • We recommend consulting your doctor before taking Balance if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.
    • Can I take Balance if I have a thyroid issue? It says not to on the label
      • It’s more of a precautionary measure and due to the medications prescribed with the conditions listed. We have a lot of clients that take balance (with the ok from a doctor) with thyroid issues, and see great results. We just recommend consulting your doctor if you have any of the mentioned conditions or on any medications prior to use.
    • Is it normal to breakout in the beginning of taking balance?
      • It is possible to get an initial breakout in the beginning of taking balance. It’s due to the process of hormones balancing out and indicates that it is working! A lot of our clients report that their skin got worse before it got better and should subside with consistent use!
    • Is it normal to experience changes to my period in the beginning of taking balance?
      • It is normal to experience changes to your period in the beginning of taking balance, it’s due to the change in hormones! Balance is designed to help regulate menstrual cycles, so it can be irregular in the beginning until the body is used to Balance. Stay consistent with it and give your body time to adjust!
    • Will balance increase my chances of getting pregnant?
      • The chance of getting pregnant depends on the form of birth control used and balance doesn’t alter the effectiveness of any form, including non-hormonal forms. Balance can help with fertility, but mainly if there’s a fertility problem which conditions like PCOS cause. Most women don’t have a problem with fertility, so balance won’t affect it.
    • I have been getting headaches after taking balance, is this normal?
      • It is possible to get an initial headache in the first days of taking balance. It’s mostly due to the body needing time to get used to the ingredient DIM. They should go away around one week of taking! You can try lessening the dose to around 1-2 capsules until they subside, then slowly build back up to 4!
    • Can I take Balance while on (form a medication)?
      • We recommend consulting a doctor prior to use if on any medication.
    • Can men take balance?
      • Yes! Men can take balance for improved complexion issues such as acne, lack of hydration and/or excessive oiliness, improved sleep, mood and libido. 
    • Are there any side effects to taking balance?
      • We have received reports of headache, rash and initial breakout. All reports of rash (not allergic reaction) and headache have said they went away around 1 week of taking. An initial breakout is normal and is due to the process of hormones balancing out! It indicates that it’s working!
    • Can you use Balance while still on birth control (oral contraceptives, IUD, nexplanon, etc.)?

      • A slight tingly sensation is normal due to the beta-alanine. Make sure to stay hydrated.
